The doors of most of our mini storage facilities are equipped with a smart card that is handed to you when you sign the agreement. You then have access to your belongings in self-service. We have some facilities from our mini storage rental service in Gatineau that are heated and ventilated to protect your furniture and other items from cold and humidity.

Depending on the storage unit you need, you will be able to choose from different sizes of mini storage facilities (they are approximately 10 feet high). Our smallest mini storage facility is 25 sq.ft. (5 ft. X 5 ft.) and can hold a few small pieces of furniture and boxes. The largest, measuring 300 sq. ft. (10 feet X 30 feet), can hold the contents of a 4-bedroom house with garage.

We also have storage facilities from our mini storage rental service that are 100 sq. ft. (10 feet X 10 feet) and can hold the furniture of a 2-bedroom apartment, boxes and other items, without household appliances. We also have 150 sq. ft. mini-storage facilities (10 feet X 15 feet) that can hold the furniture of a small 2-bedroom home (boxes and household appliances included). Other mini storage facilities are 200 sq. ft. (10 feet X 20 feet) and can hold the furniture of a 3-bedroom house (without basement or garage). Finally, our 250-sq. ft. mini storage facility (10' X 25') is large enough to hold the furniture and items of a 3-bedroom house with a basement or garage, or the contents of a 4-bedroom house.

If you are not sure about the size of the mini storage facility you will be requiring for your belongings, simply provide us with a list of your items to be stored and we will recommend a mini storage facility of the appropriate size. If, after some time, you wish to remove or add items, you may be able to change for a different size of mini storage facility that will corresponds more to your requirements.
